Delete your account

Option 1: In the app

   Open Fantasy Nepal

   Sign in with the Google account you want to delete.

   Go to Profile

   Tap Profile in the bottom bar.

   Tap “Delete account”

   Tell us why if you like (optional) and confirm.

   Done

   Your account and data are deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Option 2: Ask us

Uninstalled the app or cannot sign in? Send us a deletion request with the email address of your Fantasy Nepal (Google) account. For your security, we only act on requests we can match to that account, and we may reply to that address to confirm.

We aim to complete web requests within 7 days and will email you once your account is deleted.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email address, profile photo and Google account ID
• Your season squad, starting XI, captain and vice-captain
• Your match line-ups, transfers, points and leaderboard entries
• Your devices and notification tokens, and sign-in sessions
• Your Contact us messages and your app activity history

What we keep

• A short record that the account was deleted, for our records: name, email, Google ID, profile photo link, join, last-active and deletion dates, a few totals (such as the number of teams and points) and the reason, if you gave one.
• Firebase analytics and crash data, which Google keeps according to its retention settings.
• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Signing in again later creates a brand-new account.
