1. Who we are
Fantasy Nepal is a free fantasy cricket game for the Nepal Premier League, made by SM BizSoft Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the Fantasy Nepal app and this website.
2. What we collect
When you sign in
- From Google: your name, email address, profile photo and Google account ID. We never see your Google password.
When you play
- Game data: your season squad, starting XI, captain and vice-captain, transfers, the line-up saved for each match, and your points and rank.
- Activity: the screens you open and the actions you take (for example saving your squad, making a transfer or changing a setting), with the time.
- Device details: phone model, operating system and version, app version and IP address, sent with each request.
- Notifications: a Firebase push token for your phone, and the notifications we send you so you can see them in the app's inbox.
- Usage and crashes: usage statistics (Firebase Analytics) and crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics), linked to your app user ID.
- Messages: anything you send us through Contact us.
On this website
- Contact form: your name, email address, topic and message, plus your IP address to stop spam.
- Theme choice: your light or dark setting is saved in your own browser and is never sent to us.
- Security cookie: one session cookie that protects forms from misuse. No advertising or tracking cookies.
What we never collect
Your location, contacts, photos or files, payment or bank details, or any other money-related information.
3. How we use it
- To create your account and keep you signed in.
- To save your squad, calculate points and build the leaderboards.
- To send match reminders, deadline alerts and results. You can turn these off in the app.
- To reply to your messages and requests.
- To keep the game fair and secure, find and fix problems, and make the app better.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not make automated decisions about you beyond calculating game points and ranks.
4. What other players see
Leaderboards are shared with everyone who uses the app. They show your name, profile photo, points and rank. Your email address, squad history and activity stay private.
5. Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your information. We share it only:
- With Google for sign-in, and Google Firebase for notifications, usage statistics and crash reports. They process it on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
- With our hosting provider, which stores the app's data on secure servers.
- When the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our users or the service.
6. How long we keep it
- Account, game data, notifications and messages: until you delete your account.
- Activity records: as long as needed to run and protect the service, and removed when you delete your account.
- Firebase usage and crash data: as set in Google Firebase's retention settings.
- Backups: we keep nightly backups of our database so we can recover from problems. Deleted data can stay in older backups, which are stored securely and used only for recovery.
7. Your choices & rights
- Notifications: turn them on or off any time in Profile → Notifications.
- Sign out: any time from Profile.
- Delete your account: open Profile → Delete account. Your account, squad, line-ups, transfers, points, notifications, devices, messages and activity are deleted straight away. You can also ask us to delete it from this website.
- Get a copy or correct your data: write to [email protected].
- Remove Google access: in your Google account, open Security → Third-party apps and services.
After a deletion we keep a short record that the account existed and was deleted: name, email, Google ID, profile photo link, join and deletion dates, a few totals (such as points and number of teams), the reason or feedback you gave, and the device, app version and IP address used. We keep it only for our records.
8. Security
All data travels over secure HTTPS connections, access to our systems is limited to people who need it, and sign-in tokens can be revoked at any time. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information and will act quickly if something goes wrong.
9. Children
Fantasy Nepal is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has signed up, contact us and we will delete the account.
10. Changes & contact
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top always shows the current version.
Questions or requests? Write to [email protected], use our contact form or open Profile → Contact Us in the app. See also our Terms & conditions.
