1. About these terms
Fantasy Nepal (“the app”, “the game”, “we”, “us”) is a free fantasy cricket game for the Nepal Premier League, made by SM BizSoft Pvt. Ltd.. These terms cover the app and this website. By signing in to or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Entertainment only: no money involved
- The game is for fun only. There are no entry fees, no paid contests, no cash or prizes and no in-app purchases.
- Points, ranks and leaderboard positions have no money value and cannot be sold, swapped or exchanged for anything.
- Fantasy Nepal is not a betting or gambling service and must not be used for betting of any kind.
3. Your account
- You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure: you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One account per person. Use your own Google account and do not pretend to be someone else.
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country if that is higher.
4. How the game works
- You build one squad of 15 players for the whole season, within 130 credits, with the required number of players in each role and no more than 7 from one franchise.
- From your squad you pick a starting XI of 11, a captain (2× points) and a vice-captain (1.5× points). Only your XI scores points in a match.
- At each match deadline (60 minutes before the scheduled start), your current XI, captain and vice-captain are saved for that match and locked. Changes made after the deadline count from the next match.
- After the season's first deadline, squad changes are transfers: 2 free per round, then −4 points for each extra one, up to 5 per round.
- Your season total is all your match points minus any transfer penalties.
- The full rules are on the Rules & points page and in the app, and they are part of these terms. We may adjust rule values between or during seasons; the version shown in the app is the one that applies.
5. Match data & scoring
Fixtures, squads, scores and points are based on official scorecards and cricket data sources. They can be delayed or corrected, and when that happens points and ranks may be recalculated. Matches that are abandoned, rescheduled or not played may score differently or not at all. Our final scoring decision applies.
6. Fair play
Please do not cheat, exploit bugs, use more than one account, send automated requests, interfere with the service or try to access other players' data. If you break these rules, we may suspend, block or remove your account and adjust any points or ranks affected.
7. Content & trademarks
Team names, logos and player images belong to their owners and are used only to identify teams and players. Fantasy Nepal is an independent fan game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Nepal Premier League, the Cricket Association of Nepal or any team. The Fantasy Nepal name, app, design and content belong to SM BizSoft Pvt. Ltd..
8. Availability
We work hard to keep the game running smoothly, but we provide it “as is”. We cannot promise it will always be available, error-free or accurate. We may change, pause or end features, seasons or the app at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, SM BizSoft Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any loss caused by using, or being unable to use, the app or this website. Because the game is free and has no prizes, no compensation is owed for lost points, ranks, squads or teams.
10. Ending your use
You can stop playing at any time and delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account) or by request, as explained on the Account deletion page. The Privacy policy explains what happens to your data.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
12. Changes & contact
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top always shows the current version, and if you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.
