From your 15, choose the 11 who play. Only your XI scores points in a match; the other 4 sit on the bench, ready for the next one.
Good to know
There are no automatic substitutes. If one of your XI is not in his team's real playing XI, he scores 0 in that match, so check team news before the deadline.

Pick a captain and a vice-captain from your XI. Every point they score is multiplied, so this is the biggest call you make each match.

Captain consistency
Your captain earns 2×. A reliable top-order batter or strike bowler is usually a safer bet than a lottery pick.
Spread your picks
With at most 7 from one franchise, a squad that covers many teams has players in more matches.
Check team news
No automatic substitutes: make sure your XI are actually playing before the line-up locks.
Plan transfers
Use your 2 free transfers each round wisely and think twice before taking a −4 hit.
Read the fixtures
Teams that play twice in a short span can earn you points in back-to-back matches.
